What Barry said about the decision

Condé Nast chief executive Roger Lynch told employees that the company’s overall business is profitable and ended 2025 with revenue growth. He said the changes are meant to position the company for continued growth, and that the affected titles and markets represent a little over 1 per cent of overall revenue.
Where Glamour goes from here
Barry’s move ends a chapter that helped push Glamour further into digital publishing, with a focus on audience growth and revenue through social media and other digital platforms. That shift was central to her time at the title and shaped the role she leaves behind.
