Police account and evidence seized

Police officials identified the three as a 23-year-old French woman, a 26-year-old French man identified as ERB, and a 24-year-old Italian man identified as NBS, also named Nadir ben Said. Police official Joseph Edward Purba said the trio produced an explicit video in Canggu Village in Bali’s North Kuta District and that ERB acted as the woman’s manager and producer while NBS appeared in the footage dressed as a motorcycle taxi driver. “Their motivation to do the alleged crime is seeking profit from adult film video content, ” Joseph Edward Purba said at a press conference.

Officers seized three mobile phones, a camera, a MacBook laptop, and a motorcycle taxi vest believed to have been used in the production. Authorities worked with immigration officials and intercepted the woman and NBS as they attempted to depart Indonesia for Thailand on March 13 (ET); ERB was arrested separately in Canggu on an earlier day.
